Shipping
Processing typically takes 2 business days on all orders placed Monday-Friday before 1P.M. Orders placed after 1P.M. on Friday will be shipped after two processing business days. As all items are shipped through USPS, with delivery of 1-5 business days. All orders will be accompanying a tracking number that will be sent to you via email. It is important that you keep tabs on your package as we are not responsible for items lost/stolen.
We are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to unforeseen factors such as i.e., holidays, weather etc.
Shipping Rates are $6.50-$7.50 for each single clothing item and $1.99 for each additional item added. Shipping for larger items such as shoes starts at $11.00.
Return & Exchange Policy
While our goal is to make sure that our products are ready for you to “Embark on A Nu Fabulous,” please be mindful that if you have any questions or concerns prior to purchase that you contact us with them as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have purchased a product(s) and it doesn’t work for you, please consider giving the product to someone else who may benefit from it and we can make a product recommendation for you on your next purchase.
